After moving to Colorado in 2011 to explore new possibilities, I continued my restaurant journey with the creation of Zaika. Brimming with the passion to create authentic Indian food along with the dedication to present my customers with a new and meaningful culinary experience. With precise planning and efforts, we have successfully crafted a menu that exhibits true Indian cuisine, filled with exotic ingredients, savory spices, freshness and an amazing presentation. With my family along with an dedicated and energetic staff, we have created our representation of Indian cuisine in a modern, yet authentic ambiance that we hope our customers love and appreciate.
